Our apps may use third-party providers to deliver core functionality:

Cookies, SDKs, and Advertising IDs

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, mobile SDKs, and device identifiers (such as IDFA/AAID) to analyze usage, measure campaigns, and deliver ads. Where required, we request and respect consent choices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose limited information to service providers for business purposes, to comply with legal obligations, to protect rights and safety, or during a merger/reorganization.

Data Retention

• Analytics and diagnostic data: typically up to 26 months.
• Support communications: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
• Security and audit logs: generally 12 months unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.

International Data Transfers

We and our providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we apply lawful transfer safeguards.

Third-Party Services

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarkOnTrack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risks, or misuse the services. You may stop using the services at any time.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the state where BarkOnTrack LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before filing a legal claim.

We may update this Legal page from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in app or on our website. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
